These general conditions, as may be amended from time to time, relate to all services that are being offered online, through each mobile device, by email or by phone. By going to our website, viewing the pages and/or using the Reservation service, you acknowledge and agree that you read, understood and agree with the general conditions below (including the privacy statement).
All tour services are provided by a reputable independent Tour Operator (Rancho Notorious Enterprises N.V.)
Rancho Notorious Enterprises N.V. accepts no liability of any kind from loss, damage, injury, costs or delays resulting from use of tour services. Participation is also subject to Rancho Notorious Ent. N.V. own terms and conditions.
Rancho Notorious Ent. N.V. reserves the right to cancel any tour due to adverse weather conditions or for any other reason and shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever to customers due to a tour cancellation.
Rancho Notorious Ent. N.V. will issue a refund for all cancelled tours for Cruise Ship passengers, including those canceled due a delay in ship arrival or inability of a ship to call in port. In order to receive a refund for a canceled tour, cruise ship customers must submit a refund request by contacting Rancho Notorious Ent. N.V. within 7 days of tour’s departure date.
All personal items, including cameras, handbags, and similar personal articles should remain at all times through the tour under personal control. Rancho Notorious N.V. is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal items while you are on the tour.
The right is reserved to withdraw any tour, to change the sequence of tour activities, or to omit specific activities for any reason, including the safety or best interest of the customers. Rancho Notorious Ent. N.V. may also decline to provide tour services of any customer at any time.
Unless otherwise noted within tour description, customers can cancel a tour up to 20 days before tour departure and receive full refund. Cancelation of a tour 19 days up to 14 days before Tour departure you will receive a 50% refund of the total amount. ALL tours are NON-refundable if not canceled by customers before 14 days before tour departure. Cancellations within 14 days prior to expiration date of the reservation and a “no show”, will not be reimbursed.
No refunds will be made to any customer who fails to show up ”NO SHOW” for a tour departure at the designated time and place, or who leaves, or otherwise does not use all the services scheduled to be provided by an excursion. Most tours will operate in a variety of weather conditions, and no refunds will be made to any customer who chooses not to participate in a departing tour due to weather conditions or other. Members of any excursion who elect to leave the designated tour transportation must provide their own transportation at their own expense back to the landing place of the vessel or Hotel.
The prices for Rancho Notorious Ent. N.V. are in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. However, Rancho Notorious will honor the price at the time of the confirmed tour booking even if the prices change before tour departure. Our detailed tour descriptions list all features included in each tour, which may or may not include guide services,transportations, and entrance fees.
Rancho Notorious Ent.N.V. does not accept any liability or responsibility for the consequences of your late arrival or cancellation or no-show fees charged by Tour provider.
Personal data such as name, phone number and email address, are solely used on behalf of the Reservation. The data will be used, as far as permitted by law, for the conduct of business of the Tour provider
or her affiliated corporations or third parties and will not longer be stored than necessary.
The Customer will give Rancho Notorious Ent. N.V. irrevocable consent for use and storage of the (personal) data.
Should Rancho Notorious Ent. N.V.be obliged to provide (personal) details to third parties, based on law or regulation, Rancho Notorious Ent.N.V. is entitled to do so.
Rancho Notorious Ent.N.V. may oblige you -in case of certain (nonrefundable) rates or special offers-, to pay up front without the option to cancel and refund. Verify the (reservation) details of
the product or service you choose, before making the reservation.Rancho Notorious Ent.N.V. cannot be held responsible for (legally) charging your credit card and you cannot reverse or claim back
any amount, for the valid or authorized charge of your credit card.
Rancho Notorious Ent. N.V. accepts among others: Discover, Mastercard and Visa Unless otherwise indicated, all rates do not include VAT/sales tax and/other taxes.
Rates are per person and depend on the validity or expiration date as indicated on the Reservation.
